Hadassahs in Training 2026
A Royal Leadership & Identity Formation Experience for Girls & Young Women
Meet the Founder
"Every girl deserves a room where her voice, her identity, and her future are treated as sacred — not someday, but the day she walks in."
— Coach Mo, Founder · Oasis & Co
Mo' Makanjuola, also called Coach Mo', has spent years sitting with children and the families who love them. She built Hadassahs in Training because she kept meeting girls who were brilliant, tender, and quietly carrying questions about who they were allowed to become. This day exists to answer some of those questions — in a setting that matches the weight of what's being said.
The Program
Hadassahs in Training takes its name from Queen Esther — a young woman prepared in private, long before the public moment came. We bring girls into a beautifully set space and walk with them through honest conversation about identity, leadership, confidence, and the inner life.
No performances. No pressure. Just real formation, in a room that tells them they are worth the care.
Become a Hadassah"A princess waits to be chosen. A Hadassah prepares to serve."
Hadassah — the Hebrew name of Esther — means myrtle tree: a plant that releases fragrance when crushed, stays green in every season, and purifies the air around it.
This program calls every girl into that same identity. A young woman who brings life, beauty, and strength — wherever she stands.

What is Hadassahs in Training?
Hadassahs in Training is a one-day leadership, confidence, and identity formation experience for girls and young women ages 6–21. Hosted by The Hadassah Finishing School, the program combines mentorship, leadership development, communication skills, emotional wellness, etiquette, and character formation to help girls grow in confidence, purpose, and personal responsibility. Inspired by the life of Esther (Hadassah), participants are encouraged to develop the qualities that prepare them for influence, leadership, and healthy adulthood, including courage, wisdom, discernment, resilience, and strong identity. More than an event, Hadassahs in Training is an investment in who a girl is becoming.
Why the name “Hadassah”?
Hadassah was the Hebrew name of Esther, a young woman whose life demonstrated courage, wisdom, preparation, resilience, and leadership. Her journey reminds us that true influence is built on character, identity, and preparation. The name reflects our commitment to helping girls develop the confidence, values, and life skills needed to thrive in every season of life.
What should participants wear?
Elegant casual or modest chic. Participants should feel confident, comfortable, and polished. Think: smart casual with a touch of royal intention.
Will meals be provided?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are included throughout the day. Dietary restrictions and allergies are handled personally by name at registration.
Can parents attend?
Absolutely! Parents and families are warmly welcome to attend Hadassahs in Training and witness the growth, joy, and transformation throughout the day. Most especially, we encourage loved ones to be present for the Crowning Ceremony, because every girl deserves to have her special moment celebrated by those who love her most.
What is the event capacity?
This pilot experience is intentionally limited to 40–75 participants so every girl is known by name, closely watched over, and given space to actually speak. Register early — capacity is firm.
Is this a faith-based program?
Hadassahs in Training is inspired by the leadership, character, and courage demonstrated in the story of Esther (Hadassah). The program focuses on confidence, identity, leadership, emotional wellness, communication, and personal development. Girls from all backgrounds, cultures, and faith traditions are welcome.
